Step 1: Free Consultation
Everything begins with a free consultation with a 3 on 6™ certified doctor. They will take scans of your mouth which they will use to determine if you are a candidate for the 3 on 6™.
At this initial consultation, they will also go over payment and financing options with you and determine if and when you would like to begin treatment.
Step 2: Implants & Temps
At the following appointment, the implant surgery will take place. Multiple sedation options are often available, including being asleep with general anesthesia. You will wake up with implants and beautiful teeth in your mouth.
After this surgery, the implants will need to heal for anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. Our dental lab will use scans of your teeth or pre-designed models to design your final smile. You will have input on the design including the shade of the teeth.
Step 3: Final Bridges
After healing, you may need a second set of temporary teeth to perfectly dial in your smile, otherwise, our in-house 3 on 6™ dental lab will create your final zirconia bridges. In your final appointment, the doctor will place your zirconia bridges (no anesthesia necessary) and ensure that your smile meets all of your expectations.
Your new 3 on 6™ smile will be beautiful and permanent. You don't have to ever remove it and can maintain it with simple brushing and flossing. You can smile, speak, kiss, and chew with confidence!

Meet your Doctor
Dr. Carl Fairchild
Dr. Fairchild grew up in Rochester NY. He received degrees from the University of Buffalo in Pharmacy and Biochemical Pharmacology including a Doctor of Pharmacy in 2000. While in NY, he taught as Clinical Associate Professor at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He also worked in the Cardiovascular field for Bristol Meyers Squib and in Psychotherapeutics for Eli Lilly.
Carl then relocated to Manhattan where he worked as a pharmacist and Attended Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Columbia University in 2007. He attended a Cosmetic Dentistry Residency on Park Avenue before deciding to move out west to practice.
In Phoenix, AZ he practiced dentistry and operated several practices. He attended advanced surgical training and began placing implants in 2010. Since then, he has attended hundreds of hours of implant training across the United States and has placed thousands of dental implants. He completed his first ‘All-on-4' in 2011.
Dr. Fairchild quickly realized that preserving bone for his patients was both possible and important, and this became a priority. He worked with various dental labs on ways to replace all of the teeth without sacrificing any of the bone and completed his first full arch bridge case in 2012.
In 2023, Dr. Fairchild received training in the revolutionary 3 on 6™ smile restoration treatment option with Smile Systems in Salt Lake City, UT. He has completed hundreds of full-arch restorations including snap-in dentures, All-on-4, 3 on 6™, and 4 on 8 cases. He has a strong will to serve every person in the way that best suits their needs and their wishes.
Carl has trained in other fields of dentistry as well including hundreds of hours in 3-dimensioal imaging, computer aided design and fabrication of dental prosthetics and cosmetic injection techniques. Most recently he completed an Advanced Facial Injection Training Program at the National Association of Laser and Aesthetics in Scottsdale AZ.
Outside his practice, he enjoys spending time with his family including his wife Eleonora, his daughter Anastasia, and their four dogs. His hobbies include building computers and various construction projects.
